| Customer Reviews: How useful? July 27, 2010 gatekeeper14 the product description says "Up to 800mA" but the product and packaging only says 500mA so don't count on it for more than 500mA. I bought it for a small Craftsman air inflator unit, hoping it would work with it. No such luck, but that's my fault. (I tried to find the mA requirements on the inflator before ordering, but no info so I guessed wrong). The unit itself is well built with an indicator LED. Not sure what I can use it for now, but whatever it is, it'll have to have VERY low amperage requirements.
Rubberband needed to hold in place September 29, 2009 P. Trieu (Glendale, CA United States) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I bought this adapter to use my car charger as a wall charger since I always leave my wall charger at work. Well, this works; however, you will need a rubberband to hold the car charger in the adapter as my car charger will not stay in place in the adapter otherwise! The instructions should say "rubberband required for this adapter to work!"
